How should I care for my items to ensure they last?
All our products are designed to be low-maintenance. We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with like colours. Tumble dry on low or line dry. Since our products are pre-shrunk, they maintain their shape and premium feel even after repeated washing.
How should I care for this robe to keep it looking and feeling new?
We recommend a gentle cold wash, line drying, and avoiding bleach. The fabric is pre-washed and preshrunk, so it will maintain its softness, fit, and absorbency over time.
Why are your products pre-washed?
We pre-wash and pre-shrink our items to ensure two things: immediate softness right out of the package, and consistent sizing. This process guarantees that the item you receive will hold its shape and size even after you wash it at home.
Returns and Refunds Policy
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. For orders shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.
What items are eligible for a return?
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, email us at hello@gotuckyourself.com.au. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, or hazardous materials.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us.
