Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Service: We ship nationwide via Australia Post.

Order Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed at our Sydney studio.

Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over 150 AUD.

International Shipping
Service: We ship to select international destinations via trackable courier services.

Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the GTY shipping cost.                                                                                                                                                                                                    Wholesale & B2B Logistics

Bespoke Projects: For wholesale orders featuring custom trims, delivery timelines will be established during your design consultation—typically 4–6 weeks from final approval.

Bulk Shipping: We coordinate specialised logistics for large-scale resort and club orders to ensure secure, tracked delivery to your venue. 

Important Notes
Local Pickup: We do not offer local studio pickups for online orders. Our North Bondi location is a private creative studio, not a retail storefront.
