You agree not to infringe upon these registered or unregistered rights, including trademarks and copyright, in any manner.

Purchase Terms
Legal Offer: When you place an order, you are making a legal offer to us. A binding contract only exists once you receive written confirmation (by e-mail or otherwise) from Go Tuck Yourself.

Pricing & Payment: You are required to pay the price specified at the time of purchase, including any additional freight or carriage charges as indicated at checkout.

Variations: We reserve the right to supply goods of equivalent style, type, and quality (e.g., subtle variations in artisan trim alignment) at the same price as those ordered.

Returns & Exchanges

Notification: You must notify us via returns@gotuckyourself.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be returned in original saleable condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all boutique tags attached.

Wholesale/B2B: Goods purchased wholesale or in quantities above 10 items are non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty.

Trackable Mail: GTY is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We strictly recommend using a trackable mail service.

Non-Returnable Goods
The following items are considered non-returnable:

Personalised Items: Any goods that have been personalised or customised at your request (including bespoke B2B trims).

Hygiene-Sensitive Goods: Items which for hygienic reasons cannot be resold, including towels or headwear that have been used or unsealed.

Sale Items: Items purchased "on-sale" are eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless faulty.

Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

Ownership and Risk
Ownership and risk of damage pass to you upon delivery to your specified address. Evidence of a signature at the delivery address (including for gifts) constitutes proof of delivery and fulfilment by Go Tuck Yourself.
