Refund policy
At Go Tuck Yourself, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original saleable condition.
- You may open the package to inspect contents, but all original packaging must be included and securely resealed.
- Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Australian Online Orders
We provide complimentary shipping for your initial return or exchange. If you choose to return a second time following an exchange, a $15 handling fee applies.
Returns Process
- Initiate: Email returns@gotuckyourself.com.au with your order number.
- Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack: Print the label at home or use the digital code at any Australia Post office.
- Drop-off: Lodge your parcel at any Australia Post Office or red Parcel Post Box.
Resolution: Please allow 7–10 days for transit. Your refund, credit, or exchange will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
International Returns
We do not currently offer direct international exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping: Use a trackable carrier; GTY is not liable for items lost in transit.

Customs: Mark all paperwork as "RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE". Any duties incurred due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from your refund.
